BUYER BEWARE
I take full responsibly to not doing my homework, I was under the delusion, that if it was advertised on FaceBook, it was safe, I know how stupid that was and wished I had read these comments first.
We need to beware of these companies, I have similar comments. I am now going on 1 and half months, and have no idea if I will ever receive my sweater, and I am pretty sure if I do, it wont be worth it.
I get the same response, no matter what the question is. I made a comment on instgram, to help other buyers, and they have some how taken me off the site.
I want to do what ever I can to pass on this message to people who are spending their hard earned money.

Extremely Poor Quality
First of all, I would never have ordered from MeloDress if the order site indicated the products were coming from China as China mail order companies are the worst to work with. I purchased two items on the MeloDress order site.
When I received the items, I was surprised to find the quality of the items were completely substandard. I have requested a return label in the United States numerous times, although, to no avail.
I do not have a problem returning the items to a United States locations, although, not to China, especially since the items shipped to me from a Rancho Cucamonga, California location.
PLEASE DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM MELODRESS!!! The quality is awful and the customer service is worse.

My order is lost out there somewhere . Says it was shipped, never updated in the tracking system.
Customer service is repeating themselves saying โbe patientโ โyour order will updateโ when it clearly is stuck somewhere in the process . They will not provide a phone number when asked to speak with someone directly . Do not order from a company that doesnโt have a phone number. First

Theyโre questioning my return
I ordered 2 items and want to return this one multicolored sweater because it doesnโt look great on me. Iโm short and itโs too long.
No big deal return it. Well it has taken a whole day for them to tell me how to return it and asked me to send a picture of how it looks. Matter of opinion really. Iโm keeping the other item I ordered that I donโt love but itโs ok.
Why are they even questioning a return? No wonder AMAZON AND NORDSTROM do so well.
Still no answer if they will return my sweater and refund the full amount. Oh yeah, and it took about 3 weeks for the items to arrive.

This is the worst company I have ever ordered from.
I'm sure they make a large profit from customers who just "give up" trying to return items.
I purchased some items and read the return policy prior to placing my order. It stated that there was a 30 day return guarantee.
BUT when I tried to return there was no shipping address provided.
AND THAT WAS AFTER 13 EMAILS WORTH OF CORRESPONDENCE ASKING FOR THE SHIPPING ADDRESS.
They offered me $5 and said to try and sell the items to friends.
Really?????????????? I think I will gather every buyer that I can find on their website and start a class action suit. At least get them off of the internet and Facebook. They blocked me from Facebook after I left one comment.
The probably fake named Constance sends the email replies, but the information that she sends is just words. Never any directive or return address or customer service phone number etc. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Quality is a joke!!! and returns are impossible.
The product came directly from China...so this was a red flag when the package arrived. And the return policy...well, shame on me for not taking the time to review. Not only is it impossible to return, contacting the "customer service" was impossible. The fabric was poor quality.
The workmanship was poor quality...my 10 year old sews much better than this. The stitching was all uneven. The thread didn't match. Zipper was not smooth in using, it keep sticking.
The fit was not good. It was way to big so the sizing that they use is not accurate.
The only good thing that will come out of this is that my dog now has a new blanket to use. But then again, maybe even he won't like it.

Did you click through a Facebook ad? Looks like they have a bunch of companies with different names.
